Erica Overmeer is a Dutch artist living and working between Mexico City, Amsterdam, Berlin, Palermo, and Venice.
Working across various media and approaches, she explores the convergence of social, spatial, and material cultures as embedded in and mediated through our surroundings.

She is a collaborator and co-organiser of Index Art Book Fair a Mexico-based internationally operating art book fair, and the cofounder and artistic director of the Venice-based arts organization Ca’Buccari. Her documentary work and photographic collaborations can be found under Future Documentation. The website O Book Publisher is dedicated to her published work.
